Our Story

Welcome to Sushi @ Temple Records, a subterranean sushi den, where Sushi Chef Kenta Katagai will serve nigiri, moriawase, sashimi, and makimono around a custom 22-seat sushi bar made of Hinoki wood imported from Japan. 

The design of the space was guided by the principles of Wabi Sabi, a Japanese design philosophy that embraces the beauty of imperfection.

A concept conceived by BCB3, which also operates Temple Records upstairs and Somaek next door.
